The patient survey was ran towards the end of last year and was designed to gain valuable feedback from the patients of the Welbeck surgery about their levels of satisfaction with the services we provide.
The results of the survey will allow us to improve the services we provide in a patient-guided manner.
Your comments and suggestions were extremely important to us.

This is a free health check for anyone between the ages of 40 and 74. The check can help you understand your risk of having a long term health condition and also support you whilst you make changes to your lifestyle. Please ask at reception if you think you are eligible.
You can also make an appointment with the Practice Nurse if you want to discuss weight loss and increasing exercise. She can help with a referral to Healthy Change who can offer classes and support to help you reach your targets.
Dr Rebecca Lloyd, our GP partner will be on maternity leave from the 12th January 2014. We would like to congratulate her, wish her well and hope that the little one arrives happy and healthy. Dr Lloyd will be back with us in August 2014.
In her place, Dr Kinza Tuttey will be joining us. Dr Tuttey is an experienced female GP who is going to cover Dr Lloyds sessions for us. We would like to welcome her to the practice.

Many of you will have noticed our donation point in the surgery entrance for the foodbank project.
This is a project that helps to provide emergency food to local people that are in crisis.
Supermarkets, schools, churches, businesses and individuals all donate non-perishable food to the foodbank. Once collected, the food is sorted by volunteers who check it’s in date and pack it into boxes ready to be given to people in need.
We have recently received a BIG THANK YOU from the Arnold foodbank appeal, awarded to the patients of the Welbeck Surgery for their wonderful donations during 2013. Food weighing 100kg was kindly donated.
